Refund & Return Policy – Xena Kalouti

Each Xena Kalouti® piece is carefully crafted with attention to material character and artisanal detail. Due to the nature of handmade objects, slight variations are part of the design language and are not considered defects.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Limited edition works, commissioned pieces, or items customized upon request are considered final sale.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of:

• the product
• the packaging
• the shipping label

This allows us to assist you quickly with replacement or refund.

 

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped with tracked courier services. A signature upon delivery may be required for certain orders.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs procedures.

 

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
